I have a set of corflute "half height" doors on my enclosure for PLA where I am printing at the front of my build plate and especially items with small or thin areas. They are held on by tape and a bit janky but do the job of allowing airflow into the enclosure which benefits PLA, but stopping the convection current which has cool air pulled in low at the front and hot air venting up high.

Ok, a couple things. I have my Ender 3 in a room that when I start printing, I leave the room and don’t go back in there until it’s done (or until it really messes up). The reason I do that is because I had an enclosure for a short period but it was really messing up my prints.

So my question is, do you have to adjust the temps of the nozzle and/or the bed temp if you’re putting it in an enclosure?

I have a 3mm brim and it still pulls up in one corner. Could lowering the fan speed help? Or could getting a glass bed instead?

Im using an eclosure, printing pla, surface area is about 180mm square, bed temp 70C, Nozzle temp 210C, I used geetech jt16 glue stick. Still having corners warping pretty bad.

I thought with large parts warping happens due to the part cooling and thus shrinking (tiny amoungs of course)?!

Any ideas from a part design point of view? I think I’m seeing a correlation between wall thickness / bottom thickness, basically any area that is 100% filled. My theory is that this builds up tension more.
