*THE SESSION*
The Strength Pyramid Pump series is a muscle-building dumbbells workout that engages the full body in a 40-minute burn. This first class of the series builds weight intensity across three sets of an exercise as repetitions decrease. Slow and controlled movements help work into the belly of the muscle. Exercises include:
Single-side row with triceps kickback
Goblet squat
Clean and press
Chest press
Wood chop
