That's what our Church needs is women in leadership
I can tell you that it's like pulling teeth to get young men to be altar servers. Girl servers and women on the altar have feminized these roles and kept young men wanting to be priests. I would say that girl altar servers are flirting with the idea that one day their will be women priests.
We need masculine priests to be soldiers for Christ and we also need women to be nuns. I'm sure we're in a shortage of them also.
