Any pain in the abdomen after any contact, the gynecologist has to be seen because pelvic infection has to be ruled out because if the pelvic infection is there, it has to be appropriately treated. Under treatment of the pelvic infection is not done. You have to literally over treat the pelvic infection because we do not want any prolonged tubal factor problems or any other problems or tube ovarian masses or any pelvic infection it has to be appropriately treated, so if there is any pelvic pain post contact, immediately or one week after the contact, then it has to be seen by a gynecologist, appropriate tests done, scan done and pelvic infection to be treated.
