I don’t recommend using your fingers to take off the faceplate (the black portion he removes first)

It severely increases the odds of breaking the already flimsy pins, instead use a flathead screwdriver and SLOWLY pry them off until you hear a click

Sometimes you’ll need to pry a little more, but that’s the gist of how far you gotta go
