Today we are working on core strength and targeting the abs with a series of bodyweight exercises. No equipment needed as we work through two different core circuits to set those abs on fire. Once we complete the core circuits we will then move on to a full body mobility routine. Mobility work is crucial for keeping the body moving and feeling it's best. Improve flexibility, range of motion and keep that body feeling loose and limber. Roll out that mat and follow along! #HomeWorkout #coreworkout #mobility #hr12week

There is something magical about these mobility and core sessions! I prefer strength workouts because I hyper focused on yoga years. Though, these workouts are such a benefit and are so important. I love them so!

Your workouts are wonderful, I've been doing them consistently for 2 months now, I've had changes in my body I haven't felt in 20 years. I think I may feel fitter than I ever have. Everyone be consistent let's go!

Today I am so proud of myself. I finished the first week of this awesome program! I am 54 years young and had fallen off the wagon with fitness. I love the combination of strength training and cardio this program provides. I have to modify some of the moves but I do my very best. Funny story today I clicked on Day 7 by mistake, didn't realize until I finished the workout, but I went back and completed day 5 too; I was looking forward to those dynamic stretches and poses! Whew, it feels like hard work but great at the same time! Thank you Heather for creating this program!
