Actually such dislocation happens in severe conditions (hard and heavy exercise / sports) but the good thing for you is that your body will repair at faster rate as your age is such. Plus most important thing is that since there will be a tear in the attached ligaments, so take extra care and avoid unnecessary extension and bending. Lastly, as you don't have knowledge about spinal vertebrae so your anxiety is understandable.

Inn sha Allah, Allah will blessed you with good health. Ameen. Great message from you. But thanks Allah, atleast you can afford your medical expenses now. In Pakistan, you can't even afford or get that level of medical facilities. My friend's younger brother got into serious accident on Bike, and doctors from Services hospital, Lahore in emergency said, he has a few minutes left. we took him to OMC hospital, jail road, lahore, where they charged us arround 400Lac pkr in 3 days 3 nights. How can a person with 1Lac Salary and only person to support family can afford that much expensive medical support?
then using a reference he got a bed in ICU, Mayo hospital, lahore, and thanks to Allah and thanks to doctors and staff of Mayo hospital. Who saved his life and now after 3 months in ICU and 2 months bed rest, he is now able to walk slowly.
Thanks Allah, you can now afford those medical expenses, thousands of thousands can't afford.
