Guys its mostly the eye makeup, the men gaze one has a more drawn eyeliner for a cuter look and the female gaze one has more of a smokey liner vibe

Female gaze is softer and less defined but with smoky siren eyes. Male gaze is more cutesy and cartoony with distinct/separated lashes and a doe eyed look to balance the sharp eyeliner.
