Ive loved your videos for a long time and i actually have a question. ive loved cooking ever since i was young and soon im heading off to college. now ive never actually wanted to go to college ive always wanted to be a chef but my family would not approve of my going to culinary school without a degree. i was wondering if you think it would be worth it to finish college and get a degree but go to culinary school as soon as im finished? i would love help, amazing videos btw they're extreamy creative and fun to watch.

The reason they get overcooked on Hell's Kitchen is because the chefs have so much things to do, they aren't fast enough to cook the scallops perfectly AND prepare everything else. There you have it, guys.
