I usually consider myself a good Satisfactory player, but when I see your videos, I always get a headache when I try to make sense of this perfection…

This reminds me of the time I decided to automate 20 Thermal Propulsion Rockets per minute back in update 4. The amount of resources I needed to process was absolutely absurd, and it took like 200 hours or something to finish.

It worked though. Craziest thing I've done in this game.

With all manifold/overflow systems I like to balance the machines using different belts (speeds). Ex: If machine only needs <60 items/min it gets a mark 1 belt feeding into it from the splitter. If it's 60<x<120 then mark 2 belts, and so on.

The Steeled Rotor and Caterium Computer alternate recipes are definitely my favorite. They immensely simplify motor and computer production, especially early game. Really nice being able to take iron out of both of those production lines, especially the screws.

I've played a lot of satisfactory but I never bothered to make things look good and I would just do bare minimum production with tons of clipping and just machines on foundation. I LOVE the way you play and I am inspired to try it someday.

I always find it fascinating when people do this sort of compact, vertical contained sort of thing.
My approach was to essentially just create gigantic sprawling factories, like just 10 square kilometers of foundations, the map is so big that you literally can't make enough foundations to cover it before your game will crash.
Its cool seeing people take an approach I'd probably never had thought to pursue

I absolutely aspire to build as compact as Kibitz does! Even when he makes it a little to compact, its still organized and efficient!

mans really said "70 motors p/m huh... well 70/5 * 10 is 140 so we need 140 rotors and stators-" my brother in christ it uses 10 and it makes 5 you picked the hardest method of getting that number in the universe

And here I am getting overwhelmed just by the 3rd round of Space Elevator parts...
It also hit me that I'm kinda doing myself major disservice by not doing overflow systems but instead trying to get a perfect ratio on everything...

Although I have 150 hours in satisfactory and still suck, it still feels cool watching this man’s videos.

it almost feels weird that everything just worked out. normally there’s some kind of catastrophe

Fun fact: it’s not just you who considers it the most difficult part - the satisfactory wiki also says that it’s the most complex part in the game, as well as providing the most SINK points at a whopping 732, 956 points 👀 for those who might not have known that second bit :P

I'm surprised he didn't use the Rigor Motor alt recipe... it's a pain to deal with the Crystal Oscillators, but it produces much more motors for a tithe of Quartz. Build them elsewhere and drone them in. I don't remember the exact numbers, but I think it was like half the space overall.

I got the game a few months ago and my factory is a spaghetti factory of belts running every which way and unoptimized inputs and outputs. Takes a lot of dedication to put things like this together. First play through though and still having a lot of fun about 100 hours in.

Everytime I see supercomputers and other stuff you speak out in your way I can't help but having to imitate it
