This might be the coolest project you've ever done. The sprawling "let's just slap some system to do X here" approach is pure insanity of "future Kibbs will fix it". Which is wonderfully entertaining. The final product looks SOOOO neat.

15:28 I'm shaking and crying. Kibz would NEVER do that !

I really like the way this episode was communicated and edited! The last few episodes have been very front-heavy, where you like, did a big chunk of work in the first third and then the latter two thirds were basically just "yeah and then i did that ten more times". Which is fine! But it does make the back half feel uneven. This episode had good pacing and good, like, 'eventfulness' althroughout! It was probably a lot more work to edit, but, I feel like it really paid off. Buuuut y'know I'd watch the full episode either way, sooo who knows if it's really worth the extra effort- if indeed there was extra effort, I've no idea, that was just conjecture on my part. TLDR good episode thank u!! :3

@imKibitz you should build billboard-like big signs that tower above each sub-factory telling you whats in each area.

Approximately at 7:45 and on there is 2 wire belts that aren't connected. Trying to help future Kibitz, love the video's.

I love how the ground floor of your factory, at this point, is essentially the entire red desert, and that's not even counting your other factories in the other biomes

Kibitz: 'slabs roof of base' "This base can fit so much Quickwite!"

you know, if you don't wanna wait the full duration for an overflow system to spin up, you could just... disconnect the power, and wait for the inputs to fill up, then turn on the lights and they'll all start producing together

This dunes project is easily your most unhinged project thus far.

The numbers just get crazier and crazier in every episode

seeing Kibitz Megabase gives me a perception of ...HOW MUCH MONTHS in game time he has invested ... i have 100h and im close to complete Phase 3 Space Elevator and its PAIN

I'm doing this straight vanilla, so between travelling, item logistics, and slug harvesting, i'm halfway done with phase 4 upgrade. My biggest update was an offsite battery production site making a whopping 240 batteries per minute. I'm still shy of 300 hours on my map as well lol.

I am also a madman, and everything essential is transported through conveyer belt, minus batteries, packaged fuel, and my high level disposal site for my plutonium waste. So i have a line of 100 copper powder that travels back to base, apprx length is 3km, all t5 conveyers. There are no trains or vehicles on my map except a lone factory cart that is locked in a 10x10 conveyer hole beside my HUB.

But there also isn't much point to these mega builds unless you are looking to fill the space elevator in 10 minutes, and just want crazy huge production. Also a 10k line of caterium ore in vanilla would take you 3x as long as it took kibitz, because you would first have to go through the entire map and find enough hard drives to use all the recipes he does. Then you need to find slugs to overclock at LEAST all of the ore dig sites.

Love it!

I know there are lots of things on the list. However looking across the kaos I thought it might be neat to add billboards of the items being made.... who knows might even help you find the items :)

I thought my 8.5k quick wire for a max plutonium build was a lot. I guess not

I just recently made my own overflow chain to fill up belts of iron ingots. Decided to turn the overflow into iron wire, then cable for the AWESOME points.

I don't think the belt top-up method at 5:00 works - it looks very like something I tried and had to remove. Mergers take from the two input equally, there is no priority. That is likely to cause one input to be under-utilized and back up and the other be over-used resulting in under-supply for the later belts. Its probably going to take a while for this problem to show, since it is outputting to buffers that will hide the down-stream effects for a while, but it'll break eventually.

Imagine if you could just hop into an indestructible factory cart in real life anytime you felt stressed or mentally fatigued. “Sorry boss, I’m mentally drained,

Love the build so far. Gives me inspiration to make something like this in 3D with a simple one-word name, like 'the Maze' or something.
