I started a youtube automation channel 30 days ago, and in this video, I'll be sharing exactly how much I've made, how much I've spent on the channel and video production so far, and I'll be sharing with you all that I've learned so far.

If you haven't heard of what a Youtube automation channel is yet, it's a business model where you are creating videos on youtube without ever showing your face. Some people may refer to it as the cash cow business model and if you've ever seen someone talk about making money on youtube without doing any of the work or showing your face. This is the business model they're referring to.

You're effectively leveraging other peoples time, energy and skills from websites like Fiverr or Upwork to create the videos at a relatively low cost for production. Which allows you as the owner of the channel, to focus more on strategy and the overall growth of the business. It's a super exciting business model in my eyes and I'm excited to see where it takes me.

Thanks for the video of realistic expectations! I've been in sales and advertising for over 18 years. Started in door to door sales at 16, so when you said that I laughed. Ran sales teams, been a sales trainer... Serial entrepreneur also. I had a spiritual channel and business I ran in 2020-2021 currently thinking of reviving it in a different way. Also been looking into YouTube automation. Currently my day job I do business to business tech sales to midmarket level businesses. Was considering starting a channel showing my journey in completely replacing my 9-5 with various businesses. Hello thank you for the video. I have one question regarding the automation of the process: Regarding the outsourced team I always see 5 steps which are: Script /Voice over/Editing/Thumbnails. What about the idea which come before the script? Should it also automated and provided by the ousourced team or should you alwaus provide it to them? Thank you in advance for your feedback.
