Had my gallbladder remived a year ago, was told to rar a lowfat diet, I kept losing weight to the point I looked like a cancer patient, finally figured out I had malabsorption and malnutrition caused by my pancreas not producing enzymes, have terrible gas that causes breathlessness to the point I feel like I am drowning, wish I never had it removed wish I was told the side affects, wish I was looked after.

Good... Mine is multiple 4-5, maximum of 10mm...asympotatic...no pain.... Took homeopathy but nothing changed... I am otherwise fit no BP, Sugar etc. ...
