To me it looks like Wooly and Amanda have been inside the tape so long that they were sort of having a falling out. Like there are episodes where she and Wooly aren’t even in specific episodes or they were shown not liking each other. It looks to me that Wooly doesn’t really HATE Amanda. In the episode with the birds, she asks him why he was even there in the first place. And I don’t know, but for me it seems that he does want to be there for Amanda even if she’s getting tired of it.
