Most of these are bad decisions made but anywhere there are moving parts as state fairs, circuses, six flags etc, you have regular maintenance, and unfortunately alot who are hired for these positions? Couldn't tie there own shoes! Pay attention to safety records in each you visit, it might save your life😮
