Disney would literally have a brain aneurysm if he saw what he company was today 🤣

Fun fact: Because Walt Disney mistreated his employees, some of the animators at Disney hid messages in frames of certain films, which read things such as “Walt Disney is a git”

Edit:
Source: This is common knowledge in the TV industry, ask just about anyone who works in there.
Examples: Early black and white animations.

"Did you know that Walt Disney was racist?!"

No shit...it was the early 1900s.

You forgot the part where Walt wanted to have his own state. He called it EPCOT ( Experimental Community Of Tomorrow) which would have been shockingly simmilar to Rapture City from Bioshock ( Corporate state without Democracy, free Speech, Unions or any kind of workers rights). He even got basically state rights from the US Gouvernement for this city, but he died and afterwards Disneyland was built on the land for the City. Fun Fact: That's the reason und why Disneyland is basically a state

I understand as an adult how the crows in dumbo are problematic, but through the eyes of a kid, they were my favorite part of the movie. They were funny and fun and had the best song in the whole picture.

Wait until people start judging us in the future for the immoral things we're doing today.

And don’t forget the ride it’s a small world which incorporates several different cultures and races into cute little dolls, and a cute little song that made people want to love all of them. That was one of the most famous Disney rides and still is and it was bringing races and cultures together

I think that is the prettiest rejection letter I've ever seen. Mine was just an email saying thanks but no thanks 👍

Song of the south doesn't have any slaves in it. The setting of the film takes place in Georgia during post reconstruction after the civil war, when all the slaves were freed. Additionally, the wise old mentor who everyone goes to for help is uncle Remus, the black man with the hat on the poster. The street smart kitchen lady is a black woman who takes care of the plantation home as a servant. The antagonists within the film are two white boys who want to drown a puppy, the puppy once saved is cared for by uncle Remus. There is also Brer Fox who wishes to eat Brer Rabbit and a bull who almost kills a small white child. I have not seen anything within this film that actually presents black people in an ill or racist light. If anyone knows about any scene that contradicts what I've said, please let me know. I'd love to understand what I'm missing.
