Debbie was crushed between the stages when the wall was rotating between different shows and Debbie was standing too close to the wall and was unsolved instantly. About a year later Disney installed safety measures so that the wall will fold in on itself if it sensed an object. They also installed warning signs for this so it would never happen again.
