Congestion? Bust out Neti Pot

So I stopped using a Neti pot years ago because heard of someone who died due to Contamination. But yesterday had this wicked congestion manifest out of nowhere. Sneezing, running nose and stuffy.

So decided to bust out the Neti pot and flush.

Used the mister and upped my redox intake for the day.

Happy to say by bedtime was breathing and feeling much better! 😊 So just remember when fighting something it usually takes a bit extra.
