The only thing you’re missing to make this super clean is how you kick the heel flips. Rather than kicking down with the heel, focus on widening your legs and side kick the heel flip off the tail instead of down kicking off the side edge. Will get you popping out of the slide and flipping! You’ll catch ‘em on the way up!

Edit: the half cab nose slide Nollie heel out is exactly what you should aim for with that back heel kick.

Dude I just got a new board at 36 years old. I haven't skated since I was 13. I tried 30 to 40 Ollie's last night and woke up feeling like I leg pressed the galaxy. Be proud you can do a nose slide at all. My only trick is wobble legs right now.
