Acer Nitro XV252Q Fbmiiprx Monitor Review - The First 390 Hz Panel on the Market

preview_player
Показать описание
The Acer Nitro XV252Q Fbmiiprx is the first 390Hz monitor on the market. Although it defaults to a 360Hz refresh rate, its IPS panel can be overclocked to 390Hz, delivering fantastic motion handling, with no noticeable blur behind fast-moving objects, and it has incredibly low input lag for a responsive gaming experience. Sadly, like most high refresh rate monitors, it has a low native resolution, resulting in just decent text clarity and a less immersive gaming experience than 1440p or 4k monitors. Unfortunately, although it supports AMD's FreeSync variable refresh rate technology, there are some strange issues with it, as it doesn't work with all FreeSync sources, including game consoles like the Xbox Series X.

With CRU you can extend the Freesync range to 48-390hz instead of 48-360hz.

How does the new Lenovo G27q-20 IPS compare to the Lenovo Legion Y27q-20?
I would like to know if the pre-calibration on the G27q-20 is as good as the Y27q-20 and if it has better contrast ratio (even though its unit dependent).

why are the scores different on your website? Response Time @ 60Hz scores a 6.8 on ur website but on video, it scores a much higher 9.2. the numbers are also wrong when talking about max refresh rate response times. Can you please tell me which ones are correct?

AOC curve monitor 144hz
but I lower the hz to 60 cuz im not using that for gaming and currently using the
Acer nitro aopen for gaming at the moment I have it at 360hz I had it running at 390hz first day when I got it no problem 3rd day of having this monitor starts to get black flickering when I play valorant or even just on the desktop and lowering hz or turning OC works fine no more flickering I have it on overclock but at 360hz when I play val it shows 390hz 1920x1080 not sure if it's true or not or if having OC on and going to games and changing it to 390hz 1920x1080 will be the same as in windows settings display is still 360hz but in games shows 390hz

What are you saying. Only an Nvidia card can handle 390hz? 😂 my 6900xt handles it perfectly fine and it also depends on the game. 6900xt outperforms Nvidias 3090 in a heck of a lot of tittles at 1080p. It’s why I got this monitor and a 6900xt. Thanks for the video though!
