Well I guess I'm the one guy that this doesn't apply to because I went directly into no contact. I have not reached out or called or liked a post or followed her on any platform whatsoever. She has not liked or commented or texted or called or anything. It's been 12 months. The most that's happened is she's checked my status on WhatsApp. Maybe like five or six times. That's it. So no they don't always come back. Or maybe I'm the one defective person that even though I treated her better than anyone has and was patient and kind and loving and caring and thoughtful. Just sadly, I guess the conclusion is that she probably never loved me in the first place because despite my best efforts she just threw me away. She literally ghosted me. She never responded to my last message so I went directly into no contact and I guess all I can think is that she doesn't care now and maybe she never did and that breaks me

No contact works. Its attractive and empowering. It worked for me but then i wasnt prepared on how to handle when they reach out and we see eachother again. I didnt take things slow and make sure his intention was reconciliation.
