What lovely timing! I had twisted my knee and needed to use a cane for a couple of days, and in the process, wound up with SI pain on the other side (d'oh!). I just did this exercise and could feel that this muscle area needed it. Thank-you, thank-you!!

I feel it in the owner back but are we supposed to feel it in the upper inner thigh area? If not, will doing it everyday cure that?
