I just did this, works great. For those who ask about loosing data on the disc you will shrink, answer is NO. I also made backup because i wasn`t sure about that.

Simple and easy to follow tutorial, and you can also create shortcut for "Disk Management" for easy access
1. Right click on the Desktop then click on *SHORTCUT*
2. Now type *diskmgmt.msc* then click on NEXT
3. Now give your shortcut a NAME, then click on FINISH

Alright I think this may work. But it seems as if it is for documents only it may work for the whole library folder. Navigate to users/username, right click on my documents, click on properties, click on the location tab, click on the move command and browse to where you want it.
