I had a toxic relationship which we had no personal space. We knew every moment of our lives. Now, I feel like I've lost a part of my body. I feel trapped and it feels like this will never pass. Thank you ❤ These steps will be so helpful to me. I wrote down the 10 steps so I can put them in the front of my journal to refer back to while I work through everything. I have been trying to let go of a long marriage since March and I am still not ready but it is time. I know this will help me find a way to move forward in my life. I must also let go of many dreams that we talked about for our future together. It is very hard.

Great steps!! I love journaling as well. I right there with you that we must cut the cord of those toxic relationships, and this is done by visualizing.
