Letting go for me was extreme in both ways..at first the feelings were intense upheaval and inner turmoil and chaotic intensity, deep heartache and despair. Isolation emptiness and fear. Every cell in my body felt as if it were going to go in a different direction at the same time. I had a very hard time sitting still. However, as I pressed on into those feelings, it was like being in the ocean. The deeper into those feelings they began to subside, my breathing and heart rate slowed, my body physically calmed, a few tears came to my eyes a shiver went down my spine and then there was a peaceful euphoria. I felt lighter, connected and like I was standing on solid ground. My body was loose and my mind was free..that inner voice was actually quiet.

Today, i was finally able to let go. Let go of all my built up supressed emotions from so many years, and it feels like i finally found myself. Watching Julien’s videos helped me so much realizing what my problems were and why i was feeling so shit for so many years. And finally being able to face those feelings and letting go. I feel so much better instantly, like a huge burden has been lifted.

.. doing this is the depth of a deep dark depression, not the numb kind but i feel agony in every cell . i’m just going to do it every day if i can - the anger i’ve felt from a break up from 3 years ago is unbelievable today. i created this groove in my mind and this is suffering for me - i can’t see the light today, but hopefully that can change if i can disengage my substandard dark mind.

This is so awesome! I applied it and it worked perfectly! Once you do these exercises you feel what actual happiness feels like, I'm literally laughing, feel happy, more present and so light doing and after I've done these exercises! Hi Julien and everyone. I just started doing this exercise, and i started to breath through my stomach (diaphragme). I notice through awarness that my stomach is like always contracted(I believe because of supressed emotions). So i started breathing thorugh my stomach for 6 seconds and 3 sec pause, like you teached us in the video. And my stomach after a while started to loosen up. And now, EVERYTIME i breath through my stomach it makes a growl, literally a growl(like everybody can hear it). So i believe that the grow is making my stomach, meaning all the things in the stomach that were before contracted, not at ease, and are now again breathing.

Wow, doing that brought me to tears for a second. Been holding onto every failure and mistake I've made since my divorce last year and my level of stress has gone so high and my preoccupation with the past has caused me to spend a solid portion of my day wasting time doing random stuff while ruminating on the past in my head. Really need to let go of this feeling that I've somehow already failed in my pursuits because I'm not as far as I want to be and I'm also trying hard to let go of this other relationship I was in somewhat recently. I feel like I've fallen far from how I used to pursue a purposeful life and I want to get back to the way I used to engage with my life every day. First video I've seen from you and I really needed it. Thanks.
