Thank you so much for this review. I still use a Starbuck's Barista Zia that I bought in 1999. The steam wand is finally biting the bullet but the shots are still great! I want a new machine but there are so many more machines than there were 23 years ago! Your videos are really helping me sort out the best one for me. Very happy after about 10 months of use. I like to pre-weigh coffee beans and then grind all that I put in the hopper to get a consistent amount and not depend on the automatic grind settings. Having fun now with home roasted beans. Great video - covers the machine well.

Great review!!! I have this machine for two weeks now bought base on several reviews in Youtube including yours and I'm really satisfied. As long your're willing to put the time dialing in for perfect brew this machine can produce a pro quality product and sometimes even better.

wait can you grind and let water out throught fusion valve at the same time, I understand that you cant froth and pull the espresso at the same time. Any advice ?

Thanks for this review! I would say this is the *only* worthy machine by Breville / Sage and I'm considering it until I can afford a prosumer machine. The Dual Boiler and The Oracle really can't compete with other brands like Quickmill, Rocket Espresso, Expobar, etc. that give you much better quality at roughly the same price range.

You said something about the single boiler, and that you can't make the espresso and steam milk at the same time. Does this negatively impact you from making quality latte art because the espresso cools down too much ?
