Looks like the water is going way to fast. Maybe 3 on your grinder helps to get a 1:2 or 1:2.5 ratio.

It seems that machine really capture your heart, and taste buds . Maybe you should do a full coffee run with the milk and your syrup, you know a Saturday morning one . Thank you and All best dad.

btw the inner burr has grind adjustment that i found out. you shots should be way slower than that and the inner burr set to 3 and grind at 5 with this bean worked perfect for me!

I just ordered this Lavazza whole bean coffee! I just have to finish what beans are in my canister before I open the bag. Will you ever review the Breville Bambino? I searched your channel but I didn't see it. I would like an espresso machine in addition to my Cuisinart Grind & Brew Plus but I blew all my money on that coffee maker so I have to wait a bit. Hoping someone posts a decent one on Offer Up or something. I'm mostly interested in the Bambino but it's a bit costly. But if it's worth it, I will save up for it.

grind finer and aim for a 23 to 30 seconds extraction try 18 grams(basket) in 36 grams out(cup) in that time frame and you iwll improve your espresso a lot goodluck

Did you just say LAVALAZA? Dude you just made watching that 'review' of yours pointless, since you can't even read the label on the bag correctly!!! 🤣🤣🤣

I’m already at 3 weeks trying to dial in on a new barista express with Lavazza Gran Crema. It tastes very bitter for espresso. The coffee is fresh < than 2 month printed on the package from amazon. So, it’s def not coffee cause i was using lavazza coffee for a long time with 6 cup bialletti moka. Question, do you remember what internal burr setting you had? Was it a default 5?
