Karuna, as I'm getting older I'm coming to realise how unsafe the world actually is and its really anxiety inducing. However, being at home watching this video and being told "I'm safe" really helps to reduce that anxiety and allows my mind and body to be calm even if only for a while. I'm so grateful for that. Months ago, I've discovered a brain tumor, and today I went to the hospital to see a neurosurgeon, who told me that there's a high chance that I will end up going blind or dying, even if I have surgery to remove it. I had a terrible anxiety attack after digesting this information, and your video helped calm me down.

I've been a silent viewer for the past 6 years, but I want to say thank you Karuna, your videos carried me throught a lot of hard times. Love u with all of my person ❤


EDIT: I'm going to be hospitalized from today, to have my brain tumor removed on Tuesday, thank you for your thoughts and prayers ❤️

My anxiety had been out of the roof lately …I really needed this …I’m a type one diabetic struggling to get affordable insurance on top of that car problem with the car I just bought then my mom has health issues then my job is driving me crazy ….I love your channel been watching since I was about 12-13 I’m 19 now ❤️❤️will be 20 in August

My anxiety and episodes have been getting awful. I got told recently that I am being placed in a psych ward and it is really hard to cope with the news. The voices in my head and hallucinations have been getting way worse with the news and my medications, so it is hard to cope. I only feel reassured watching your youtube videos since, to me, you’re really good at distracting and comforting. My anxiety with the election and the new year has been so high, combined with having to get an ileostomy placed soon that will change a lot in my life, but your videos always make me feel so much better when I need it.
