In today's video we explore the answer to the following question: Is soy bad for you? The short answer is Yes, unless you are consuming organic fermented soy in Japanese foods like natto, tofu miso and tempeh.
Unfermented soy is hidden in many foods such as ready meals, vegetarian meat patties, vegetable oils and many so called "weight loss" products. The truth is that soy protein can actually cause weight gain as it causes major hormone imbalances!
Avoid soy additives as much as possible by checking food labels, and consume cruciferous vegetables to help detoxify harmful chemicals from the liver, and restore hormone balance.
