Tutorial is poorly conducted, as someone who has little experience in cooking I don't know what you're doing and also you are not even telling us what ingredients are going into the sauce! I do, however, know for a *fact* that bolognese is meat sauce. You've just done a tomato and basil sauce. Hope you take this away and improve your tutorials.

• 2 cups whole milk

I'm Italian and the "ragù alla bolognese" is a meat-based sauce, not a simple tomato sauce.
Also, the ragù should be eaten with tagliatelle (a broader egg pasta) and not with spaghetti.

No Sellerie, no carrots. Garlic doesnt belong to it aswell. Pancetta needed. Thats just not bolognese. Call it different
