As you know by now, fruit is a Mastering Diabetes staple but if you find yourself needing a more filling breakfast this one is for you! By adding some quinoa you’ll stay full for hours. Feel free to add any other spices that sound yummy, we chose cinnamon for this bowl and it was divine!

😋 Quinoa (cooked) 1 cup
🥛 Almond milk (unsweetened) 1/4 cup
🍓 Mixed berries 1 1/2cups
😋 Raisins 3 tbsps
🥥 Dried coconut flakes 1 tbsp
😋 Cinnamon to taste
