Canned things normally have higher carbs, wouldn’t recommend using canned stuff unless you’re blood sugar is pretty stable

Balsamic vinegar is not recommended for people who are trying to control blood sugar on the contrary take one tbsp of organic apple cider vinegar mixed with a full tall glass of water 20 mins prior to your lunch or dinner to avoid blood sugar spike

I would say that the canned vegetables might have a high salt content…only my opinion though🤔

Nice, but don't you uptake more nutrients from the fat soluble carotenoid, etc in the vegetables with some whole plant based fat? 🙂
