They're regulated by the SEC... and I trade upwards of 40K contracts/month on webull and only pay regulatory and exch-fees when taking liquidity.

Chinese citizens aren’t allowed to have any social media accounts or apps on their phones or computers. They also have limited internet access and ability to use outside their country.

I would far rather WeBull share all my transaction data with the Chinese govt. than M1-Finance share all the data with the IRS. Take your choice. The Chinese option in the long run may well turn out better !!
