In this video, I explain why no specific exercise or exercise approach can claim to be more joint friendly than any other. How the health of our synovial joints (the joints between the bones of our body) maintain being healthy is reviewed, and advice on some simple parameters that can be applied on a case by case basis is provided.

Why?

Because cartilage has no blood vessels, and instead relies on diffusion for nutrition.

They get this through load and motion.

Sponging.

The need to be moved, they need to be compressed in order to simply stay healthy.
