I tried Mr. London back fat be gone 2 week challenge and I was surprised at my results. I have struggled with back fat and love handles for years. I saw it even more during 2020 quarantine after gaining some weight. Jump roping has helped in lessening back fat but I still have bra bulge and look a tad out of shape. I have tried Mr. London FUPA challenge and got some great results. I set out in 2021 to try Mr. London 2 week at home back workout challenge to see if I could see a difference. He has a warm up and at home exercises for your back. No equipment needed; just a little effort. Can you see a different in my back results? My goal in 2021 is to lose back fat and wear backless shirts in the summer :) What is your goal? Be safe.

Atleast you got that far. Patience and consistency is definitely key and that's where a lot of us fail to accomplish and just give up. You made me want to begin, once again after trying several times lol, a back journey because the back is an important feature to have looking right & I need that

I believe this workout is really effective and I LOVE IT! I do believe that doing it twice in a row doubles the results, and I'll do it. Thanks for that! And big thank to Mr. London for the amazing workout videos!!

I’m on this journey with you sis!! Just started to today though. I won’t do it every day but rather every other day as my routine consists of cardio one day then back, abs, and butt work the opposite day. I’ll do this for the next 30 days. I’ve been paying more attention to what I eat and just noticed today that I don’t have as much fat hanging over the top of my waist shaper! I’ll do the 1k jumps a day for a week on opposite weeks as well. We got this sis!! We’re bout to bring our sexy back-back for real!!!! I have a love/hate relationship with those push-ups. Definitely see a difference in your back aye 🙌🏾

It's advised to supplement your abb workout workout with cardio. Your jumping jacks, skipping ropes, running, that really boosted you! Good job!🥰
