The 4060 is barely an improvement over the 3060, Intel 13th gen is known to have extremely bad stability issues, and if youre a serious gamer, 1tb of storage is not enough.

Thats a bad deal . There is a lot of companies that build custom pcs for 100usd . Custom build .
For 1000 usd, you can get
A - 7600, 32gb dr5 5600. 7700xt for 1000
B -5700x3d, 32gb ddr4 3600 7700xt 960.
C- 5700x3d, 32gb drr4 7800xt for 1040 usd .
All out perform the 4060 by a lot . All can do 1440p gameing .
If you are a nvidea fanboy willing to pay more money for the same performance .switch the 7800xt for a 4070/4070s.
..below 500usd z there is no good nvidea deal.6600xt, 6650xt . 6700xt, 7700xt win in there price catagories way to much .

At first i thought that 1300 dollars for a 4060 prebuilt was not very great but if its in canadian dollars that makes more senseand is a much better deal. Not a must buy, but definitely great. I do have to disagree with what you said about the storage 1TB is not more storage than any normal person needs with all the games taking up 100+ GB. Im personally rocking 2 TB of SSD space and another 2TB on an HDD.

This is a pc build that an amateur builder or someone with no clue would think is good to buy or build. Get a 3070/3080 with a way better cpu or upgrade a a few other parts.
