I'm glad I found your channel when I got the pc builders bug. I've never gamed in my life, not seriously. There were arcades when I grew up, but they weren't in the budget. I used your advice to choose the r7-7700x the MSI b650 tomahawk $429 bundle, the Power Color Hellhound rx7800xt $469.99. It all started with my daughter giving me a "gaming computer". First it needed a new case, then it needed a new SSD, then it needed a new motherboard. Well, I bought the case and the SSD but when it came to the motherboard I had found your channel. I scrapped the "free computer" to start fresh with zero parts on hand. $2117.89 later I have a working gaming computer. Don't worry, it's not all your fault I tend to go overboard. In all seriousness, thank you very much. You're a very good teacher.

I made my first pc with the basic knowledge, i fucked up a lot, the pc was compatible but there was a shit ton of throttling of different kinds. I got humbled and learned a lot from then, now i think i have enough knowledge to check the compatibility of components

AHHH, with the release of every new video I am reconsidering the parts I want for my build. Initially caught my eye with the $700 build but then I was started following the $900 build guide on the site but I've taken bits and pieces from each and every build you've release! Now I think I will be returning my newly bought 7600xt and upgrading that to the 7700xt as everyone is claiming it's worth the extra money! I just got a 6750-XT on a flash sale about 2 months ago for $315. Same price as the 6700-XT. Granted, I was on the market for like 3 months looking for deals and only ended up getting like a 5% increase in performance for the wait. The deals are out there though Lol

Good vid and good info cus i've been a budget laptop gamer with a crappy desk and pc so size is also very important cus an average pc would full off my desk. My desk has paint ripped off it and scratched wood also its small asf. Love ur vids keep up the good work.

I followed the $700 and built my first pc! It was super easy.

However, the 7600 I got was a dud…. It kept shutting down on medium settings. I changed the psu and used all drivers I could.

I ended up getting a 3060 12gb for $248, I can’t complain tbh.
