I agree on the GPU. I don't like hating on products but the 4060ti looks bad as it's hardly faster than the card it replaced. The 6700xt with it's 12gb vram is a better option.

I like watching Joey build pcs, he helped me build my first pc which was $1000 build 1070ti r5 1600 and it did have some flaws like terrible case. His pc aesthetics are good but he does have to work some more on balancing the builds.

K series Processor, B series chipset.

You won't be able to overclock that processor with that motherboard, not too much of an issue as K series processors are usually clocked higher than their non-K counterparts, but something to note nonetheless.

The SN570 may not be the fastest but is certainly a reliable choice with solid endurance backed with a 5 year warranty. Certainly a better choice than the similarly priced Gen4 Kingston NV2 for example.

Don't go for a Gen4 drive. You can get away with a Silicon Power A60 2TB SSD which typically retails for 70 USD, and it has similar capabilities to the Intel 660p or Crucial P3. Gen4 drives don't offer much ahead of Gen3 in gaming load times and it really only matters for content creation applications.
