What If Order 66 Worked on Half the Clones

Executive Order 66 was an order initiated by Palpatine to wipe out every Jedi in the galaxy. What if the Order only affected half the clones? What would happen to the troopers of the Grand Army of the Republic? Would they turn on each other or would they be able to survive the ordeal? How would the Jedi handle the Execution of Order 66? What would happen with Anakin's March on the Temple?

*cuts to Sheila halfway through the list*

Sheila: “Ok I’m halfway through, I cannot be bothered to do the remaining half I’ll send out a mass call to the rest and call it a day. What was the order number again, 65?

*pulls up hood and hits record* Commander, the time has come. Execute order 65.

Ok, select the remaining half and… sent. I can finally go home and get some sleep, palpatine can deal with it when he gets back”

If the chips weren't in the clones I can see half going through with order 66, and the other half not wanting to betray their generals such as Plo and Kenobi. How ever Mundi and others like him would get gunned down. Because they didn't treat them like people just disposable beings

I love how the fact that inactive troopers didn't understand the order means that Baccara just happened to get fed up at that moment without any outside prompt and shot the shit out of his commander.
