The thyroid gland is a small organ that’s located in the front of the neck, wrapped around the windpipe (trachea) and its main job is to produce thyroid hormone that mainly controls our body’s metabolism.
hypothyroidism occurs when the gland fails to produce enough thyroid hormone.
this leads to symptoms such as
Tiredness , Fatigue, Feeling cold, Hair loss
Dry skin, Depression, Memory and concentration problems, Constipation
Menstrual abnormalities.
Millions of people worldwide are taking levothyroxine on a daily basis and going on with their lives without any problem or inconvenience. That remains the standard worldwide.
However, there are certain things we can do to overall boost our thyroid heath.
That will not only help your body on a longer run but also decrease your dependence medications.
With that in mine let’s look at a few natural supplements that will help manage your hypothyroidism.

When a free Video on Youtube does a better job than actual (paid) Doctor visits.

Great video! You explained this topic really well. As a Natural Health Practitioner, I completely agree that using nutrition, natural remedies and supplements is a great way to manage Thyroid dysfunction. More importantly it has no side-affects. Well Done!

I started out with a diagnosis of thyroid hormone resistance when I was 16 because I had an ungodly high amount of t4, approximately 4 times the normal range, yet I looked perfectly fine. Then around 21 my t4 went down and my tsh went shooting up, which meant hypothyroidism which I was later diagnosed, and today at almost 26 my doctor told me my thyroid levels are totally normal which baffled me. It is possible to heal and fix your thyroid, as I did it myself. It feels like a milestone achievement.

I've previously normalized elevated TSH by going vegan & I stayed a vegan for 4 years.
But then I decided to start eating meat again & now I'm back to hypothyroidism! My TSH is now 5.6 & I'll be vegan again very soon.

Sugar free is essential and all grains absolutely must go, grains damage the gut and has a knock on effect.

I’ve been on Levothyroxine for 9 months. Until recently, there was major improvement. I couldn’t figure out why. I started back eating cauliflower, broccoli, sweet potatoes, strawberries, etc. I stay away from wheat & almonds. Makes me sick. I thank you for this video!!!! Taking notes.

Thank you, that was very helpful. I am 75, have Hypothyroidism, and haven't seen a doctor for 3 years. Sorry, but I no longer have any faith in them. I take lots of supplements and also paint a square of iodine on my skin once a week (sounds bizarre I know but it works). I manage my condition well except for the hair loss. I should point out that I am pretty much vegan. Any tips for hair growth?

Now 60 & once again I'm back to dr. For all symptoms above except never issues with constipation. So we're back to changing dosage. Yay. It's so sad our health care system is as it is would be so nice if physicians actually would tell some of this but I guess in such a selfish world it doesn't matter

he professor has read your lecture very useful. Thank you very much. Could you please help me take a look at this indicator of my thyroid gland, specifically thyroid nodules or thyroid cancer? Please analyze it.
The ultrasound examination report is: Thyroid gland: Hypoechoic nodules can be seen on both sides of the thyroid gland, with a size of approximately 2.7x2.5 on the right and approximately 2.7x2.4 on the left. The boundary is clear, and the internal echo is uneven. CDFI shows no obvious blood flow signal.
The ultrasound diagnosis suggests a thyroid nodule with undetermined nature.
Thyroid function testing and blood sampling assay were conducted using the chemiluminescence method, and the test results are as follows:
Thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) 1.41, unit: uIU/ml, reference value 0.35-5.5
Free triiodothyronine (FT3) 5.66, in pmol/L, reference values 3.50-7.00
Free thyroxine (FT4) 16.46, in pmol/L, with reference values of 10.0-22
Anti thyroglobulin antibody (TGAb) 10.00, in IU/ml, reference value<75
Anti thyroid peroxidase antibody (TPOAb) 2.84, in IU/ml, reference value<30
thanks
