2:14 I guess this is a vital part of mindfulness in terms of emotional intelligence (or agility). If we learn to accept the fact, that unpleasant feelings are one of the things that really make us "human", we may also learn to accept, that we are NOT helpless victims of our own fate..but rather highly complicated and amazing creations of nature (or conscious intelligence). We don´t need to achieve everything in life (or prevent any harm), if we better learn to cherish the pleasant and joyful moments (no matter how often or seldom they may appear in our very own life..)
