Jealousy is an emotion I’ve struggled with letting go of the most. it’s also the one I’ve judged myself the harshest for. Your 10 minute meditation allowed me to truly listen to the wisdom this emotion has been trying to relay to me for years. So much gratitude to you and your guidance. Perfect timing for this eclipse. Thank you Leeor! I have been struggling on how to process my emotions my whole life. I struggle with CPTSD. I usually reach for alcohol when I am stressed out. I have been afraid of feeling, or taking the time to feel, but this meditation helps me get out of my negative thought loops and reset my mind. I have bookmarked this and will continue to practice this healthier way of coping with my stress. xo

hey, I would like to leave a comment. It was an incredible meditation, such a warm feeling I felt instantly held. I just had an abortion last week and I am also going through a break up and I started singing out the emotions, of guilt and of jealousy, and reached a very deep core one, of shame, in my heart, and I allowed it to speak and scream, and I was able to process it. It was very deep and old emotion... I am usually very emotional most of the time, and I can say that I really felt calm afterwards... I struggled with these emotions for very very long time... I am speechless... Thank you so much! I will keep coming back to this video... it helped!

Hi! I found this very helpful especially when I did it first time, it really gave me a relief :) only I experienced it was hard to focus on identifying my emotion (shape, movement etc) as you continued speaking I got confused should I listen you to hear the next step or focus on internal. If you’re open to feedback I’d suggest giving 2-3 seconds to allow us to feel or acknowledge our feeling to identify better. Then your directions are really helpful. ❤ thank you for the work!!
