The impression trays from the dentist are great with the whitening gel, however they usually require at least 2 hours per application, or a less concentrated gel that can be kept in over night. I’ve found it difficult to dedicate 2 hours at the very end of my night to this, because every day doesn’t always end the same for me.

I have a “spitty mouth” so I dry my mouth and fold paper towel and put it around my gum line and on my tongue and try to lay with my head back. Saw it on an Amazon review for crest strips and it’s really helped me

can also make “trays” using physical sport rubber mouthpieces boiled for about 30 seconds and then pressed into your mouth😁 soft rubber will mold around your teeth. is a little hot for a second but won’t burn you

I have whitening trays. I use my mouth guards I bought at Walmart for kick boxing. Stick them in boiling water to soften them then put them in your mouth and bite down. Makes a perfect mold of your teeth and it only cost $5.99.
