I enjoy your explanation to each exercises and for each level from beginners, intermediate and advanced. The core is the essential for all the body mobility. I am always learning! Day one done, I made it through the beginner and intermediate and a few of the advanced. I’m a 65 yo female and totally new to this type of exercise, I’ve been strength training with weights for the last 8 months and have seen a lot of improvement but I’m ready to add something else into my workouts and this is it. I’m starting slow, starting at beginner but trying the intermediate and advanced moves where I can. I have an old nagging injury to my R wrist but I noticed with the warmup it didn’t bother me quite as much although I may have to modify some of the moves for a while so I don’t aggravate it. I’m excited to see my progression in the moves over time.

Unbelievably helpful, thank you, everyone else’s beginner guide starts beyond what I can manage which is really discouraging but this i can do and now i feel like i can get there in functional mobility

Great stuff keep getting it out there this needs to enter mainstream fitness industry! Natural movement, natural parkour, mov nat etc are the best. I'm 56 and been getting into movement related exercise over the last four months or so and it is starting to have amazing effects on me! The best part is that it is effective and can be done anywhere especially great when done out in nature!

Thank you TappBrothers! I don't have the core strength yet. Core in outdoor applications were you need to stabilize yourself in most difficult terrain. Best channel to come if I need functional strength.

Everything you say and demonstrate here is Bible truth and worth its weight in gold. There’s no bypassing any of these points. I can testify that all your recommended drills here are as effective as can be (used to hate them but now I do them to get stronger). However, it still takes time, patience, and proper nutrition to get body into position for movement.
