Hey man been away, I have lost my crab walks. My shoulders may have grown or got stiff and weak over COVID. What ever the cause I can hold the pose but can't walk with it. Any advise?

But all “movement” athletes all end up moving the same way and working on the same skills. It’s just as dogmatic as anything else, it’s just different. There are lots of skilled movers who operate outside the bounds of “movement culture” that fail to get recognition within it.
