I'm so glad to have found this video. I have been doing carnivore for 5 months and immediately gained 9 lb. I started counting macros, increased my water intake and have been shooting for 1.5 to 2 gm fat to protein ratios based on my IBW... Nothing is working to help lose weight. However, my joint inflammation significantly decreased by day four and I have 95% less brain fog. These are great things however I would like to lose 20 lb. Time to reevaluate! Thank you for posting your video.

Been carnivore for 11 months. Didn’t have a plan. I just keep things simple. I usually cook a steak and have seafood with it. I add more fat, like butter to my steak too. The weight just falls off when I go zero carb.

I’m at the end of my second week. I have not lost anything this week. No sugars, no alcohol, no breads no cheating of any kind. Eating meat and eggs everyday. It doesn’t make sense

Wow, reason #6!!! 10:56 - 11:43!!! I feel attacked!!😂 in a good way! This is exactly my problem. Dang. I lost 45 pounds last year easily without tracking anything. But in the last four months, I’ve been stalled! So I guess I need to figure out a plan. That was what I liked so much about carnivore, is that I really didn’t have to track or feel like I was on a diet. I just ate whatever I wanted to within this boundary, but I guess my body doesn’t like that anymore.

I was over here consuming information you were providing and then suddenly the information you gave was to stop consuming information. 🤔 Well that's all way more complicated than our ancestors way of eating best I can tell. Pay attention to hunger signals on carnivore and after a good while don't eat even if you feel hunger. It will subsided. My biggest hurdle was knowing when I was truly hungry vs when I knew it was my regular time to eat again. That's my plan and it works well enough but only if I pay attention to it.

Carnivore for 4 weeks. Lost 10 lbs.. but haven't lost a lb for 5 days. I get full very quickly eating meat, and have a very hard time eating even 1 lb of food a day but can eat lots of fish, shrimp. How can I improve my meat intake in order to get enough calories and fat. Thank you
