I went off gluten for 6 months and nothing happened. I got blood tested as well and nothing came up there for gluten or anything bread wise. I quit sugar for 6 months and wow! What a difference. I need to do that again.

Hi JJ, I have slow bowel syndrome. Practically since birth. I do not digest meat well. It causes me terrible constipation. Dairy too. I eat one egg a day, chickpeas every day. What else could I eat for protein? I keep trying to find a good vegan protein powder but I can’t find one without stevia.

I take collagen powder in the morning. It says there’s protein in it, but I’ve read that you shouldn’t count that as a complete protein. Very confusing. Thoughts?

I never stop moving, and I cannot lose weight. I"m only 185 at 5'6''. My my was over 500 lbs and she was super active. I don't believe in NEAT. If that helped so much, all teachers and nurses would be skinny. How about those fat waitresses? No. I don't think so.
