Cycling actually brings muscle to your thighs and your legs the most optimal one I recommend is walking for an hour with good posture and straight legs

I basically do half of it without even realising it I walk to school for around 17minutes 5days a week but I'm slowly losing weight

I drink 2 and a half liters of water, eat very healthy walk 3+ hours a day for a year…they only got bigger.

Well bike won’t work for everyone it didn’t work for me I would do it more than 1 hour like playing with it with my cousins and like they also have their own bike besides that I would be soooo hungry and I would eat anything and now what I’m literally like soooo thick and now I’m trying so exercise to get slimmer
