I’m going to do this for 2 weeks and hopefully I see results, I feel very ugly and fat and I have been exercising for 2 years and still feel insecure about my body, but I will try and do updates, likes on this conment will help me Remeber!!!❤

Doing this !
Day one : did this twice + two other workouts.(1 unrelated). Feeling good
Day two : not sore at all, did this twice too + other 4 workouts(1 unrelated)
Day three : kinda sore but still did it + 4 other workouts(1 unrelated)
Day four : Feeling kinda sore but not really. Kinda seeing results. Did this and 4 other workouts(1 unrelated)
Day fivee : Felt lazy so I did it at 7pm. Not that sore anymore. (i also did 3 more workouts for legs and 1 for waist(same with all the days except for day 1) ) . Seeing results but im still gonna continue doing this until big results.
Day 6 : Felt lazy so i didnt do this but did all the others🙁
Day seven : felt pretty lazy so I didnt do any 🙁

Guys, I’ll actually give this a go, I’ll do 3 sets plus 1 set of 10 only, så it’s 100 of all 3 exercises
Currently weight 64 kg, age 14
I’ll do this for 2 weeks and see if this actually works
Day 1= ❌ (I had to throw up so bad, only completed 1 and a half set )

I did 90 for each i was in pain i will tell you the update tomorrow
DAY 2
i did 90 each but i saw a little difference. (btw i am 12 years old and you guys might think i am too young) update tomorrow

Im going to do these for 2 weeks hopefully ima lose the thigh fat 😅 and see result's
( im going to keep u guys updated everyday)
Edit:(ok it's day 8 and I can actually tell u it has worked for me and since I went on jogs and change my dieting it also help)

Trying it for 2 months
Day 1 no differences and hurts but i feel flexible (20 minutes) ✅
Day 2 i feel fat but bit skinny it still hurts ✅
Day 3 more fatter wth ❌ (30 minutes)
Day 4 back to uh like slim but idk(12 mins) ❕❔
