This video combines some techniques shown in a previous video with some new ones. Jasper is a really great demonstrator and he explains everything very well. The exercises are intense but doable.
Note that if your butt is a little bigger than his, it is more difficult to touch the wall with your lower back.

Great video. One way to make exercise #1 even more effective is to hold your ribs down and breathe into the center of your rib cage.

Recreating this mobility will assist in pelvic alignment without having to concentrate on it.
